Refactor suggestion

The file upload component should be better designed.

Both with cropping, but also the file upload itself.

It should also be able to upload multiple files within the same component.

Hmm, i think i need a better explanation here, as i am not familiar with the banner image upload. Will talk to you at the meeting @MadsNyl .
