The following features have been implemented:

Added profile picture and theme toggle in header
Added route guarding using middleware. The user must from now on be signed in to use the service.
Implemented working "sender forespørsel som" on the booking page.
Note: Header responsivity has not been improved
Added logout button
Added jotai, but i am unsure how we are going to use it.
