Feat/bottom bar functionality

Note: Ignore all the admin page related changes, those should be reviewed in my other pr #60

The following has been implemented:

Redesigned the bottom bar for mobile, with a lot of new stuff:
Made the bottom bar floaty. It does not take up the entire width of the screen, and will rather float as a separate island on the bottom of the screen.
Added a slide-in animation to the bottom bar with springiness when the page loads
Added two different bottom bar states; narrow mode and wide mode. In narrow mode, the bottom bar will collapse into a rounded button, which only displays a back arrow. This is also a fluent animation, and it can be viewed when going to one of the calendar pages. In wide mode, the component will be its normal size, displaying three separate buttons.
Added functionality to the middle button (hamburger menu button), which now displays a drawer with options of booking or contacting support
The theme button icon now spins according to how far on the page the user has scrolled (wow!)
Added some draggability to the bottom bar. When the user lets go, it springs back to its original position. Try it yourself by dragging the component around on the screen.
Added admin button in the profile drawer.
Made the already existing floating button in the calendar page match the bottom bar narrow mode.

All in all, the bottom bar should now do everything that the header can do in desktop view.
