No "role class library", "interface class library" created. #11

After importing, IODD file into AutomationML no role class, interface class libraries are created("vendor neutral") . but, the interfaces and roles are created in SUC.

At the Moment the AML file gets stored in the AMLX exactly like the IODD Converter returns it. We could insert the default libaries in the MWData#createAMLXFromString Methode.
