Results of Inference #59

Hi, thank you for your amazing work!

I have a question regarding the output of the inference. What does the cells.pt file contain? I only need the segmentation result from the WSI. Is there any way to avoid generating the cells.pt?

Currently, there is no such option. We will update the repo shortly within a month for a new version in which we will add this option. Thanks for this great hint.

FYI: It contains the same information as the detection json file, but tailored for pytorch.
