Note that this diagnosis is for subsequent encounter. This means that patient had initial encounter, completed it (initial phase and, if required, recurrent phase), and then came for new encounter (say after a few weeks).
Patient Gatera Itta has only one encounter, so I don't think your test flow was correct.

@anvmn It's a (3) case because I entered these symptoms in the first and subsequent encounters. I will check the (2) case and write a comment.
