Issue

In the case that a CHW user records a stillbirth (both types) or abortion, we should:

• hide questions in health education on breastfeeding and immunization
• add the question: Have you provided grief counseling to the patient?
• Not continue to newborn enrollment.

• Add one question and backend infratructure
• Create the logic for health education questions
• Create the logic to bypass newborn enrollment
