Adjust the lab section for Partner HIV by adding a new structure

• If yes- done (logic discordant)
• If no, will test be done today? if Yes- poc/lab
• If No- why not? Include not present. Provide counselling on importance of partner’s presence
• This section will continue to show on lab section until completed.
