Remove slot model and dependencies #52

remove slot config array and service_class use in slot classes
remove SlotFactory
remove Slot migration
remove slot from the BookingServiceProvider
remove Slot model
change the namespaces in the filterClassList array in the booking model
remove FutureSlots from nova filters
remove SlotDayFilter
remove Nova Slot Model
remove SlotPolicy
remove slot from the novaPackageServiceProvider

This PR is gonna be merging in the https://github.com/tipoff/bookings/pull/47 so its no longer neccessary @sl0wik @drewroberts
