Currently there are bugs in card image urls. Namely, basic lands (Forest, Plains, Swamps, Mountains, Islands) are not supported and certain cards have been problematic, such as Circle of Protection: Whatever because it has a colon. Make the method to generate an image_url deal with these cases gracefully.
