Feature Checklist: User Story: A user can hover over an image widget and can favorite an item, add it to their list, and see the description and other similar items.

CSS
[ ] Select appropriate HTML element
[ ] Create :hover
JavaScript
[ ] Write JS/jQuery to pull information from the API for the various hover elements.

_trending-listing-hover.scss sets the display of all buttons to none

i'm guessing this is the right place. no PR link to verify my assumption.

hopefully this was not the intended consequence
