Baby Steps:

[x] use ng-include to load ("include") a partial (4eedcf8 )
[x] learn about and setup ngRoute (3707228, 0eab52d, a803a13)
[x] add a couple of routes that just "include" templates (efef4e8)
[ ] fire some JavaScript code when the route changes
[ ] pass information between "pages" with route parameters
[ ] make smarter requests with $http
