Add a 10 second delay between socket connect and RMT command. #12

On older panels, this will ensure connection is successful.

The configuration software waits 10 seconds regardless of the panel type - it seems that this is needed for the older IPC cards on LightSYS systems, at least.

I don't think that's a problem with multi-socket modules. I validate and I publish the new version of the npm.

I will still test it on my side before posting to validate that it works.

Just to confirm your findings: Got a new Lightsys v5 panel and IP card in the week, and have tried it - no issues with the multi socket unit with no delay.

(Single socket one is unhappy about a lack of delay ) Thanks again, Monofin
