For devtools::check(remote = TRUE, manual = TRUE) getting the following notes: Found the following (possibly) invalid URLs: URL: http://www.jstor.org/stable/2337340 From: inst/doc/Poisson-process-modelling.html Status: 403 Message: Forbidden URL: http://www.jstor.org/stable/281060 From: inst/doc/Poisson-process-modelling.html inst/doc/carbondate.html Status: 403 Message: Forbidden
The URLS seem to work, but possibly this status is being returned when trying to fetch the PDF (the PDF is downloaded into the viewer on the page when logged in through leeds, but not when not logged in). Is there a URL we can use that does not try to preview the PDF?
If not, our options are to not include the URL, or expect that CRAN may get back to us about this and we'll have to explain.
Note whilst I am running though all these checks now, I think we should run through them again once the documention has been completed, to be on the safe side.
