Some blocks with direction are not affected

Perhaps not all of these should be added, but some are notable missing blocks:

• [X] Pumpkin (1.13: shaved pumpkin)
• [X] Jack-o-lantern
• [X] End portal frame (not essential, as unobtainable in survival and 1.13 has the debug stick for OPs)
• [X] Furnace (opens GUI)
• Chest / Large Chest (Ender Chest works)
• Trapped Chest / Large Trapped Chest
• [X] Tripwire Hook (even when another block is available to move to)
• [X] Iron Door (though trapdoors are fine) Not added due to it being Iron although you can add it in Config.
• [ ] Skulls
• [X] End rod
• [ ] Fence Gate
• Bed
• [X] Standing Banner
• [X] Wall Banner (these are two separate blocks)
• [ ] Redstone Torch
