Roblox has other official Rigs such as R15 Anime Male and Anime Female (See screenshot below). This specific template is the same as in Studio>Rig Builder>Skinned Mesh model.

Unfortunately these blend files do not have IK bone constraints like yours. Id like to set these up similar to your block R15 humanoid but have struggled to properly set them up. Can you update your guide on how to rig the model so I can rig the other templates (or rig the Anime R15s with IK constraints)?

From what I have been testing, rig that use bone instead of motor6 just not work with that blender plug-in, so what I think you can do is import the animation from fbx without this plug-in.
