Language bar doesn't show up #1

When DWM is disabled, I can't see the language bar for some reason. OS: Windows 10 1809 (reskinned to look like Windows XP at the moment). image

It doesn't seem to happen anymore, maybe it was because I had it on before rebooting, but I have to turn it off every time I shut down anyway because if I don't, there's a chance the OS will get rid of my Quick Launch toolbar

This issue happened for me too. try check "Show Additional Language bar icons in the taskbar"

I added warning message instead. Because No one fixed this issue. (WinClassic etc.)
