Made the following changes:

simplified the test project structure
test project direct-imports all the files instead of using the roku_modules version (improves debugging support)
added docs publishing (and removed committed docs)
added create-package script for labeled temp package builds
rename paddString to padString (but keep original around for backwards compatibility support)
