Full-screen option should be added instead of only playing with full-screen bordered.

external window do not work under full-screen.

@TKazer i think it is possibile to make drawing on full screen. I was playing on other external cheat in cs:go which was working on fullscreen couple years ago but i'm note sure its name. Maybe it was this https://github.com/Sadulisten/Externalio-Modded/tree/master/Externalio
