Thanks for keeping this addon going. Exactly what I was looking for in DF for tracking these manuscripts and for my Druid/Hunter/Mage/Warlock collectables.
I noticed the following drake manuscripts still show up in my Not Collected list, even when Unusable has been deselected:
Winding Slitherdrake: Embodiment of the Verdant Gladiator (S3 reward)
Highland Drake: Embodiment of the Draconic Gladiator (S4 reward - also showing up under Winding Slitherdrake?)
I haven't been able to confirm this last one, but the AllTheThings addon says the quest to obtain it has been removed from the game:
Renewed Proto-Drake: Embodiment of Shadowflame (A Glowing Memento quest reward)
