Current list of roles and permissions

Group Administrator = can download responses, can clear forms, can set evaluation time
Group Facilitator = can view groups and students that they are responsible for, can fill in evaluations

New list of roles and permissions (For the time being, Professor and GTA role have same permissions but may introduce differences in the future)

Professor

can download responses for any combination of sessions/groups/students/all
can clear forms for any combination of sessions/groups/students/all (prompt to download responses before clearing)

GTA

can evaluate any group or student
can download responses

Group Facilitator

can evaluate groups and students that they are responsible for
can download responses
