Automatic Headless Installing #23

This would prevent interruption of continuous build downloads as users are no longer greeted by the Update Available window

Should be fairly simple to implement, think it's just changing the installer execution parameters (Adding /qn I believe)

This is actually something we originally had. I disabled it because there were issues because windows requires admin mode to install, and running silently the installer does not prompt correctly for admin mode and fails. Plus if there are issues closing down applications and requiring a restart, doing it silently makes these problems non-obvious.

For what its worth the downloads are not interrupted during this. Its just there to force people to not ignore updates.

It would be nice if a way could be found that solved most of the issues with it.
