Cannot build wheels with current python version in comfyui portable #20

When I run the install instructions using python in python_embeded, I get errors, will not build the wheel. When I replaced the python.exe 3.11 with 3.10, it installed just fine, but then comfyui wouldn't start.
Will there be a 3.11 version coming at some point?
