When you delete a radio channel the assignments shift by one #412

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create several radio nets in TMF Radio window
  2. Uniquely assign each radio net to group/players
  3. Remove non-last net Expected: Net is removed and all the assignments look as they did for all the other nets Actual: Every net below the deleted one is wrong as the assignments are shifted by one (N -> N-1)

This has been reproduced by multiple mission makers in the ARCOMM community
