Choose open source license for project #3

@bencredible I suggest a super simple license such as ISC http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISC_license. We could go with Apache http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apache_License if you'd like derivative works to require attribution back to TMROTV. Let me know what you think.

I think ISC works great. I don't need attribution and keeping it as simple as possible is good.
