Describe the bug AI not transferring when a zeus disconnects and then reconnects back to the server, and then spawn new AIs

To Reproduce Run server. Disconnect. Reconnect. Spawn new AIs. Check if AI will transfer to HC

Expected behavior AI transfer to HC after Zeus disconnects/reconnects

Is this the case with the new update for V1.1.3 that was uploaded today? It should have fixed this specific issue.

Yes, still happens after the update ZHC
