Work on the AP CSP Create Task

[x] Create a procedure that fits the standards given by College Board
[x] Work on the writing section of the Create Task
[x] Create a PDF with the procedure code and HTML code to be submitted to College Board
[x] Submit the Create Task to College Board and prepare for the MC Link to Create Task

FYI, on procedure I would always put testing code under main. This way it does not unintentionally execute when you import and it is easier to look at. Looks like you are experimenting with multiple Class definitions (this is good) 2/3 +2 as you are missing verification.
