Allow website to store user uploaded information onto the database

[x] Add form page for user to upload website link and content about website
[x] Work on app.py file to store user uploaded information and transfer over to the database
[x] Review Matt's doc about API and start brainstorming ideas on APIs
[x] Starting working with other groups to incorporate APIs into each other's website (P4 KPOP)

The form looks great and the UI is easy to navigate! I can't wait to see the database get linked so we can see how it works
