Selection of the different factors:

• Time of Evaluation
• evaluation style
• subjective or objective evaluation
• type of measurement
• level of information
• level of interference
• available ressources

• Time: Implementation evaluation --> late execution of the evaluation, “final” product is tested for usability, performance and user experience
• Style: Laboratory evaluations: Tests in a controlled environment with instructions
• Rather subjective: individual persons from the department are asked about their opinion on how the system is used
• Type: Qualitative: user satisfaction, user feedback, identification of usability problems
• High level information --> broader perspective on the entire system – considers overall system performance and user satisfaction
• interference level: Direct user interactions, possibly guided walkthroughs
• ressources: Due to time and niche of the system rather smaller test group
