Export of images with imagelists and contact sheets for BODEON #254

When exporting fieldbook data for the LVR and BODEON, all exported images have to be named correctly and be in a proper folder structure. There also needs to a so-called contact sheet of all images as a .pdf.

Support for exporting the photolists was added with aad633a68de88ad45e1a851ea1bde8fd60dd0325
