I think the reason #126 has a leap is because our data starts in that year so anything scaled from an average would start with zero change and then immediately jump. This seems like something that could be fixed in the code or our inputs, but I'm curious if this same patter [#126] would be visible if the analysis period was shifted (in plotcaland?).
