write_caland_inputs.R variants #138

What's the dif between: _co_write_caland_inputs.R and write_caland_inputs.r? write_caland_inputs.r is called in 2022_01_17_solelyCO_writeInputs.R, but _co_write_caland_inputs.R has a later save date.

_co_write_caland_inputs.R has only the CO regions in lines 373, dev carbon densities by region on line 466, and forest regional npp value on line 511.

These can likely be specified/overridden by defining these vectors in the calling script such as the regions in 2022_01_17_solelyCO_writeInputs.R
