lcc carbon to atmos burned = 0 is fishy I'm not sure what this metric means, but I'd expect carbon to atmosphere from fire to be non-zero for every simulation year, and certainly over the full simulation period. Hopefully this is just the landover-change model, with solely development-driven landcover change
