In addition: Warning messages:
1: In which(as.integer(names(scen_df_list[[i]])) > last_year) :
  NAs introduced by coercion
2: In if (lt == "All_land" & scen_sheets[i] == "Area") { :
  the condition has length > 1 and only the first element will be used

I have this run set up on E:\Staging\NMFO\USCA\NWLAND\outputs\output_nm It's nested in a slightly different place on E:\Staging than where we were copying the repo previously.

@aj1s When you're working next, can you try to run runscript_plot_caland_NM.R (through the rcp 4.5 section) and see if this error pops up?

update.packages('Rcpp') seems to resolve the problem [R is currently "not responding" so inconclusive (2022-04-03-0018] image

Still hanging this morning. Closed out and tried again. Same error progression as before. Now attempting on my local laptop.
