Updating my script from the MNF IIP project at ORFO in 2019 to (1) align with the data schema used for FACTS activities data as compiled and hosted by the FS Geodata Clearinghouse, and (2) functionality of packages concurrent with R-4.1.0.

The script includes nine error traps/fixes, and data summaries. Error trapping sidelined for the time being.

Script now works through three of four summaries. The fourth involves the introduction of -Inf values (caused by the division of negative numbers by zero.) Once this is resolved, we can combine the data with a revised land category grid.
