• Harvest to slash rate (60% of cut biomass left on site)
• Harvest to energy rate (20% including firewood)
• Harvest to wood rate (20% sent to mills or other users)

• 80% of planted units being "reforested" is too high, success rate is lower [SB guess 60%?]
• given current investments: perhaps it is best to estimate that the BAU could be doubled by the year 2030
