What's your idea?

We should try to enable more strict TypeScript settings:

[x] noImplicitAny
[x] strictNullChecks
[x] strictFunctionTypes
[x] strictPropertyInitialization
[x] noImplicitThis
[x] noImplicitReturns
[x] Replace all with strict

For some, like strictNullChecks, we may have to find an intermediate solution to deal with existing places.
