Rethink `glts` package structure #18

Currently, the glts package has a bunch of classes. If we add more representations, especially ones with many classes like EFAs, we may want more structure. For instance:

glts
glts.automaton
glts.automaton.diff
glts.automaton.efa

Or so.

We should do the same for combiners, printers, etc.
