Transform a flooding area, as described in netcdn, to a set of iso-contours, i.e. a height map where the height represents the water depth.

In order to calculate an effect, we need to know the affected area, and we cannot use a bitmap representation of a flooded area for that.

Algoritme geidentificeerd, aantal bestaande versies getest.

We gebruiken ESRI ASCII Grid files, maar verder is de functionaliteit af.
