Visualizing hierarchical data sets #87

Drill down into a hierarchical data set, e.g. select country, make transparent and load provinces. Select province, make selected province transparent and show towns in province.

In addition, when a province is selected, show a summary.

Erik, the first part is available, summary is a different feature i guess
