Raiding Decision Can't Be Taken After Previously Raiding Same War #1158

Describe the bug

A friend was playing a game of WRRF and was going tukh and wasn't able to raid nations. He would prepare the raid, try to raid, and the button would do nothing at all. When I tested it myself i had the same thing happen, couldn't raid komi republic. Button to raid was lit up and ready but clicking it did nothing. I had troops on the border and everything, but it was clearly bugged. I should note that he'd done a zhukov game previously on same patch and had no issues raiding,

Steps to reproduce / Cause of the issue

1 Go WRRF 2 Play as Tukhachevsky in the struggle for influence 3 Prepare to to raid Komi Republic. 4 When button is available to begin raid, click it. Nothing happens. It's possible this also won't let me raid other warlord states, unsure. It is also possible this doesn't happen every time - I did a raid during the first couple focuses and it worked, but unsure of causation.

Expected behaviour

I just wanted to be able to raid komi

Exact cause currently unknown, but saving and reloading should fix it for you if it happens again

Do you know if this happens for Tukh only or others too? We were planning to do a russian warlord battle royale multiplayer game, this bug making us reload all the time would be deeply irritating. And it was happening like near every time for my friend.

happens with all warlords, from what I can tell only triggers if you've had a border conflict with that warlord previously, so if they give in it shouldn't happen the next time you raid or if you try to raid a different warlord

It’s true komi republic tried to raid me and failed shortly before I tried to raid them. Thanks for the tip.
