The effects for the focus "Suez, Perla dell'Impero" list 2 added forts in Suez Canal Zone and 1 added in South Sinai. It actually adds 3 forts to the Suez Canal Zone and none to South Sinai. I wasn't sure if this was intended or not so this may be a bug or it may be a localization error.

Expected behaviour
