While most of the eastern Europe controlled by Germany became Reichsland and have the Reichsland faction icon, Reichsland Ukraine, however, does not have the Reichsland faction icon.

Germany retakes Ukraine through war.
Germany chose 'Under the Boot' focus.
Most of the eastern Europe controlled by Germany became Reichsland.
