When the Dominican Republic ended its mandate, the Dominican Republic would still trigger the Cultural Revolution.
This creates a very funny situation. The Dominican communists had been defeated by OFN, but they were resurrected and still in OFN.
Now let me sort it out.
First, when we trigger a communist takeover of power in Dominica, an event will be triggered 730 days later. However, the success of OFN in eliminating Dominican Communists and ending the trusteeship by 730 days (i.e. Balaguer's return) resulted in this bug. Because the event triggered after 730 days will only check whether Dominica is a puppet of the United States, and we can end the trusteeship before 730 days. So one more restriction should be added here to prevent this from happening.
