Describe the crash

I'm playing as the US and as soon as the "breaking point" event with Germany over England/HMMLR reaches 0, the game crashes.

Steps to reproduce / Cause of the crash

Play the game until you get to the event, then the crash will trigger.

Could you provide a zip file of a save prior to the crash? Issue has not been previously reported and the gamelog has not provide any useful data and the error log is just blank
