USA - Game crashes when Trujillo's Dominican Republic capitulates in the Puerto Plata invasion #3003

Describe the bug

When the Puerto Plata invasion finishes with Trujillo being defeated by the Caribbean Legion, the game just crashes when the "peace conference" is finished

Steps to reproduce / Cause of the issue

  1. Play USA (as Nixon, of course).
  2. Wait a little bit until the Puerto Plata invasion begins.
  3. Wait until that war ends
  4. The war ends.... In this case, Trujillo just loses the war and the game crashes when the "peace conference" is finished.

Expected behaviour

Trujillo should officially capitulate without crashing the whole game.

Additional information

I don't know if there would be the same problem in the opposite direction, i.e. with a Trujillo victory instead of a defeat. Also, I don't know if it's only when playing the USA that this bug occurs.

Apparently just fixed itself. Closing.

Re-opened as apparently somebody had also that same exact problem.

Apparently this only happens when playing as the USA.
