Describe the bug

I do not know if it's a right place to report such things in github (if no so I won't do it next time) but during reading offical TNO wiki, I found some contradictions between wiki and in-game information. Wiki claims Mugabe is a social nationalist but he's ultranationalist in game. Is it a wiki mistake?

Steps to reproduce / Cause of the issue

Großafrikanischer Reichstaat should collapse at first or second stages.

Expected behaviour

I think he should be a social nationalist if offical wiki says so.

Mugabe's ideology is being changed in an upcoming update, wiki represents leaked information as well
