Describe the bug

When pro-Italian Egypt under Sadat won the Egyptian Civil War and Egypt becomes a republic, the 'Colonial Government' national spirit is not removed.

Steps to reproduce / Cause of the issue

  1. Play as any feature tag.
  2. Farouk I Death.
  3. Anwar Sadat appointed as the new Prime Minister.
  4. Oil Crisis triggers.
  5. Egyptian government won the Civil War.
  6. Egypt becomes a republic.

Expected behaviour

Forgot to remove it.

Being a republic doesn't necessary make them not dominated by Italy. Hell the event literally says Italy's authority in Egypt is still intact
