Free France invades French resistance instead of reconciliation #3218

Describe the bug

Free france is invading the french resistance even though that probably shouldn't happen. The reclamation event was also triggered despite free france owning the Metropole and it hasn't moved its capital

Steps to reproduce / Cause of the issue

  1. Set FMA wins WAW
  2. Set Sidos for French state & join germnay
  3. Set French resistance to win French civil war
  4. Set Iberian negotians to fail (tired of them constantly ending up in iberia's sphere)
  5. West African Reconstruction successful

This is the setup I used

Expected behaviour

I though Free france would reconcile with the resistance peacefully then join the OFN

Ima guess and say

  1. don’t do the FMA Vs PALF scenario (3), do scenario 2 one As It’s starts later (1966) compared to 3 (1964)
  2. Don’t set Sidos As the leader as he breaks France in 1966, other candidate works better as reclamation still happens normally without the civil war, Poujade starts his 200 families war in late 1968
  3. West African Reconstruction happens in June 2nd 1968
  4. Iberian negotiations must succeed, this allows reconciliation, if Sidos broke France, they start earlier
