Describe the bug

I can't launch the mod (only this mod, not other mod) if i launch the game, it only starts with vanilla game

Steps to reproduce / Cause of the issue

1. launch the game via steam -> hoi4 launcher
2. enable TNO submod
3. but game starts with vanilla mod

Expected behaviour

tno started completely

no it's not. I tried without translation and also got same result

Try to unsubscribe the TNO mod from the steam workshop and wait for uninstalling the TNO. After that, resubscribe the TNO and enable TNO mod only and then play.

if it's working, enable the translation for TNO mod.
